Rates

(Term & Conditions and applicable taxes of 6.5% apply to all marina fees subject to sales tax)

  • Daily Dockage: $3.00 per foot per day
  • Holiday Dockage: $4.50 per foot per day, 2-day minimum stay. July 4th. (No arrivals on July 4th)
  • Weekly Dockage: $2.50 per foot per day, minimum 7-day stay.
  • Monthly Dockage Up to 29ft: $0.96 per foot per day, minimum 28-day stay.
  • Monthly Dockage Up 30 to 39ft: $1.08 per foot per day, minimum 28-day stay.
  • Monthly Dockage 40ft & Over: $1.20 per foot per day, minimum 28-day stay.
  • Monthly Dockage Any Boat with Beam over 17ft: $1.20 per foot per day, minimum 28-day stay.
  • Dinghy Dockage: Not available
  • 30 amp service: $9.00 per day / $60.00 per week / $95.00 per month
  • 50 amp service: $17.00 per day / $110.00 per week / $220.00 per month
  • 100 amp service (2-50 amp): $50.00 per day / $325.00 per week / $450 per Month
  • Internet access: Free
  • Potable water:    Free
  • Parking:  On street parking is available for boaters. The limited on-site parking is reserved for hotel guests only.

RESERVATION POLICY

  •  One night’s deposit required on all reservations.
  • Monthly charges are based on a 28 day billing cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full deposit refund will be issued unless the cancellation notice does not meet our required notice time frame as listed below:

Daily Dockage: Requires cancellation by 11:00am day prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged for one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.

Weekly Dockage: Requires cancellation by 11:00am 3-days prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged a pro-rated 3 night’s stay plus applicable taxes.

Monthly Dockage: Requires cancellation by 11:00am 7-days prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged a pro-rated 1 weeks stay plus applicable taxes.

 

FISHING POLICY

  • No fishing on property, dock or within 20ft of Marina.

PARKING POLICY

  • On street parking is available for boaters. The limited on-site parking is reserved for hotel guests only..

TAXES POLICY

  • Applicable taxes of 6.5% apply to all marina fees subject to sales tax..
